Daniel has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years, starting his career straight out of University at GEC (General Electric Company) in the defence industry, he has worked in various roles from developer to CTO. With such a wealth of knowledge he founded his own consulting company working predominantly in the FinTech arena. With his rich experience across multiple technical domains he always maintains an eye for detail whilst staying abreast of evolving technology in an often fast-paced environment.

An experienced COO, CAO, Head of Operations and Enterprise Program Manager. lain has held executive and management positions leading strategic activities and coordinating critical issues in financial institutions based around the world including NCB Capital, Lehman Brothers, CIBC and Goldman Sachs. lain is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Steve brings to the team a thorough understanding of retail banking garnered through 20 years working at Barclays Bank in the City of London. Having undertaken several leadership roles for Barclays Steve moved into relationship banking where he found a natural ability to deliver outstanding service on a human level. Steve holds a Certificate in Retail and Commercial Banking and is CeMAP qualified.

Dimitri has held executive management and senior regulated roles in the US, UK, Luxembourg as a private banker, commercial lender, bank city president in US, founder of full scope AIFM in UK and hedge fund in Luxembourg. He has worked at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Wachovia Bank, Clariden Leu, and Shard Capital. He was educated in the UK and US. Specialist in family offices. Active philanthropist.
Financial Controller
Yang is a technically strong and commercial minded professional accountant with great experience in accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, financial control, auditing and taxation. He is member of both ACCA and ICAEW, he is also a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Most recently, he was associate director in Finance and Accounting of the London branch of a Swiss private bank.
Marketing & Community Manager
Suzanne brings over 20 years of marketing management, digital marketing, loyalty and partnerships experience across a variety of sectors including financial and education both client-side and agency. Suzanne has experience of designing strategies to generate leads in multi-million pound companies such as GL Assessment, Global University Systems and the Collinson Group. She has a long track record of delivering SMART goals, executing integrated digital marketing campaigns as well as broadcast media and print campaigns to drive high response rates.
QA Tester
An ISTQB certified software test engineer with experience in the finance, entertainment, and education industries. Liam is an advocate for quality through behaviour-driven development supported by standards-based, performance, exploratory, and acceptance testing. By implementing suites of automated regression tests that can be run multiple times a day on CI/CD pipelines, Liam enables agile development and rapid delivery times of quality software.
Senior Developer
Alex is an experienced developer who has spent the last decade working in the financial services sector providing SaaS consultancy and development support for numerous clients and systems. At Greengage, Alex is involved at multiple levels of the digital infrastructure, developing and maintaining functionality across several platforms and helping ensure the systems and data are performant and compliant in the often changing landscape of digital finance.

Jakub is a Cloud Engineer with over a decade of experience managing and optimising manufacturing systems in the blue light sector. Specializing in Azure, Jakub has consistently driven system optimisations and achieved significant cost reductions through his expertise in DevOps and automation. His deep technical knowledge is matched by a passion for innovation, always seeking new ways to enhance efficiency and performance. With a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure and a focus on delivering scalable, sustainable solutions, Jakub plays a key role in advancing Greengage’s cloud strategy.

With a passion for technology and problem-solving, I bring my skills as a software developer to create efficient solutions. My journey began with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Westminster, which laid a strong foundation in software development. Since then, I’ve worked on a range of projects where I gained valuable experience in streamlining processes and delivering user-friendly interfaces. I’m always looking to embrace new challenges in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Compliance Analyst
Kai has held an interest in new technologies from a young age, having setup a makeshift Bitcoin Mining rig when he was still a young teenager and spending much of his youth experimenting with different forms of software.
He joined Greengage as a Junior Operations Analyst, before pivoting to a Compliance Analyst role due to interest in the field and ability to quickly grasp Regulatory technology, he is a proud generalist and enjoys solving any problem presented to him. Kai holds a Certificate in Advance Crypto Compliance.

Louis is a front-end developer who is passionate about crafting clean, user-friendly digital interfaces. He loves working alongside designers and other developers to bring ideas to life, making sure user experiences are intuitive and engaging across different platforms. Having worked on a variety of projects, Louis is great at collaborating in teams, helping turn creative concepts into practical, functional solutions. He’s always excited to dive into new technologies and approaches that improve the user experience and push innovation forward.

30 years of experience in international Finance & Controlling. Prior to working at IOV Labs, Matthias managed the finance area of LATAM operations for OSRAM (a German multinational lighting industry) implementing the best practices for cost efficiency and process improvements. His extensive knowledge includes accounting. controlling, financing, bank relationships, and compliance. He holds a Master of Economics and Political Sciences degree from the Universities of Heidelberg and Cologne (Germany).

Finny is a leader in International Finance and Customer Development. He is the Founder and CEO of FARRR Foundation, Inc., a charitable 501(c)3 organization, and Monsoon Global Group LLC’s Managing Partner and CEO based in Virginia, USA. He has over 35 years of experience in M&A, Project Management, Product Development, and Business Development, with extensive experience in taking concepts to the commercial market and helping multiple companies to trade on the Stock exchange. He brings a wealth of knowledge and network with leadership, international business, and collaboration.

Prem is a senior leader in finance, strategy and governance with 20 years of experience at global investment banks. An Alderman of the City of London since 2017, Prem supports the Lord Mayor in promoting the Financial and Professional Services sector at home and overseas. He is also the founding Chair of the City of London Chamber, advocating for 22,000 businesses in the Square Mile, which contribute £97 billion in economic output annually. He was awarded an OBE for services to the economy and promoting charitable giving in 2013.

Stuart is Managing Partner of corporate finance firm, Bride Valley Partners and Advisor to enterprises in Crypto & Web3, Fintech & AgroFood Tech and Impact & Sustainability. With particular expertise in strategy and capital raising, he has over 35 years’ experience of alternative investments (Hedge Funds, VC, Real Assets) and bankable technologies (DLT, Telecoms, Shipping, Healthcare, Fintech, AgroFood Tech). He has been Chairman of Aaro Capital, Managing Director at Aquila Capital and Director of Hedge Funds at Henderson Global Investors. He serves on several charity, NGO and Arts sector boards and has been a Visiting Lecturer at London University.
