Greengage reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Response times
We endeavour to respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. Occasionally it may take us longer than the 30-day period if your request is particularly complex or you have made a series of requests. In such cases, we will notify you and keep you updated of our progress and expected response timeframes.
