We are looking for a client-focused banking professional to help deliver the Greengage service offering to the market.
Job Purpose:
The role involves supporting the Relationship Management team in expanding Greengage’s crypto, SME, and U/HNW client base across the UK, Europe, and EMEA. This includes assisting with client onboarding, e-money services, and day-to-day queries on payments and cards and building strong client relationships by focusing on service, product allocation, and financial needs.
Key responsibilities include KYC reviews, compliance support, and investigating customer activity. Act as a central point of contact for the CEO, Executive Team, and Sales Team, ensuring smooth operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Assist in optimising workflows and enhancing sales processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Principal Tasks and Accountabilities
Objectives Critical to the Role:
•Liaise with key stakeholders for information requests and risk assessment.
•Deliver business initiatives and stay updated on KYC & AML Screening.
•Supervise sales activities and address Risk and Compliance issues.
•Develop client engagement methods and support product sales strategies.
•Identify market opportunities, evaluate products, and mitigate risks.
•Maintain a customer-centric strategy and ensure a positive client experience.
•Manage key business initiatives across functions.
Principal Tasks:
•Support new business opportunities with prospect research and KYC.
•Assess financial crime risk and support EDD for higher risk relationships.
•Report red flags and investigate Sanctions alerts.
•Collaborate with compliance counterparts and complete ad-hoc tasks.
•Curate the introducer pipeline and support key stakeholders.
•Ensure due diligence and act as a central point of contact for client support.
•Develop client documentation and gather business requirements.
•Ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements and preserve client confidentiality.
Secondary Tasks:
•Ensure compliance with company policies and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
•Stay updated on issues impacting Greengage and assist the Sales Team.
•Perform administrative duties and maintain high-quality customer information.
•Identify required resources and monitor KPIs to assess performance.
Specific Regulatory Responsibilities:
•An understanding of appropriate regulatory responsibilities as required taking into account the Firm’s activities, the regulatory environment and the regulator’s expectations.
Key Qualifications:
•Awareness of FCA expectations for transaction monitoring and KYC onboarding.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel.

Advantageous Qualifications:
•ICA Diploma/Certificates/ACAMS qualification (preferable but not required).
•Familiarity with anti-financial crime/banking products.
•Knowledge of crypto asset regulations and anti-financial crime legislation.
•Familiarity with banking systems, digital asset classes, and fintech solutions.
•Familiarity with Salesforce.
•Ability to design and implement policies and procedures.
•Experience in relationship/sales support services within a financial institution.
•Defining and implementing best practices for sales and product development.
Desired Experience:
•Experience in Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, AML, or comparable customer onboarding functions.
•Knowledge of conducting investigations and usage of automated search tools.
•Identifying high-risk issues, performing risk assessments, writing summary reports, and recommending solutions.
•Good awareness of UK regulatory requirements for Financial Crime, especially AML/CTF, and UK Good Practice (per guidance issued by FCA and Joint Money Laundering Steering Group).
•Experience in Financial Services, Sales, or Relationship Management Support Services.
•Understanding of financial services and the various products and services offered by both regulated and unregulated sectors.
